BS 7858 - 10 Year Work/Education History Check
- A complete month by month check for 10 years by previous employers, schools and further education - Ensuring that potential employees have been where they say they have been.
- 1 Proofs of residence and 2 Proof of identification - Ensuring we are employing who we think we are.
BS 7499 - Manned Guarding
- A full set of instructions tailor made for your premises. This enables the Security Officer to make reference to these instructions should they have any queries.
- All employees of Total Events & Security Services Ltd will have a photographic identification badge visible at all times, again showing maximum security in our Security Officers.
- In the case of an incident the Officer will complete a full incident report detailing all of the relevant information. You the customer will then have a copy of the report and a member of our management team will also have a copy ensuring communication between our company and you the customer.
BS 7984 - Key Holding & Alarm Response
- A full set of Assignment Instruction tailor made for your business or your premises. These are designed that should there be an Alarm Activation, all of the immediate information is to hand including alarm codes, sketch plans of your premises, call out contact details etc.
- All keys that are held by our company or any of our Officers are fully insured to £25,000. All keys are signed for and sealed in a professional key wallet in front of the customer, of which they are then stored in, a safe of which only Senior Management have access to.
- Our Response Unit are on patrol throughout the night and weekends, ensuring that we can respond to your Alarm Activation within the 20 Minute Response time set by the National Security Inspectorate.
